Asphalt Milling: Asphalt milling is the process of removing the asphalt in your parking lot to a specific depth. This is accomplished by removing the surface course of asphalt, then leaving the existing binder course undamaged. This process allows you to replace only the surface of your parking lot. What’s great about milling is that you get the benefit of a new asphalt surface, while avoiding the cost of full depth asphalt removal and replacement.

Full Depth Milling: Full depth milling is sometimes necessary, unfortunately. Once the full depth of your asphalt has failed on a broad enough scale, removal of the surface course, as well as the binder course of the failed asphalt, is needed. This leaves you with only your gravel course undamaged. We will perform a full depth milling and then replace the damaged asphalt seamlessly.
